Return Policy

Everything we sell at The Bed Chambers is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer service department will be happy to assist you with your return and replacement merchandise. NO REFUNDS are accepted. Returns / Replacements will only be accepted on new and unused (not worn) item(s) in its original packaging. Items found not following these guidelines will be returned at your expense.

Returns / Replacement items must be requested no later than two weeks (14 days) from the date the item was shipped. Please note, after two weeks (14 days), returns / replacement items will no longer be honored.  Exchanges on a defected item or error in shipment will be replaced and shipped at no additional cost to you.

NO EXCHANGES at any time on the following: Lingerie (with a panty), hosiery without a defect and bras, for sanitary reasons.

CLEARANCE ITEM sales are final. No exchanges or returns on Clearance Items.

Returns

Please follow these steps when returning an item to The Bed Chambers.

1. Print The Bed Chambers Return Form
2. Complete the return form and include it with your item in a mailing envelope.
