- What brands do you offer?
We currently offer the following brands: The Cat's Pajamas, Spanx, Shirley of Hollywood, Je'taime Fragrances, Violet Love Head Bands, Linda Hartman Pajamas, Paddi Murphey Pajamas, Zazendi Travel Accessories, Capeli New York Pajamas, VX Intimates, Shadowline Sleepwear and Daywear, Karen Neuburger Pajamas, Wicking J Sleepwear, Middletown Footwear Inc, Colorado Clothing Company, P. A. Jewelry Designs, Simple Necessit-Ease Inc, and Chadsworth & Haig Robes.
- What if the product I ordered is too small or too large?
You can receive a replacement of any in stock item. You are responsible for the replacement shipping fees.
- Do I receive a refund of the shipping cost?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery and handling fees placed on online orders. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.
- How do I know what size to order?
Our products are unique to style and designer. A size drop down box will be available for each product with sizes available.
- How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed during daytime business hours. Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be processed the same day. Any order placed after 3:00pm will be processed the next business day. All orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
- Will I have to pay a restocking fee?
A restocking fee of $5.00 will be charged for any item returned.
- What if I return an item and do not want to purchase anything else at the of the time of the return?
A store credit will be issued. The credit must be used within six months of the date issued.
- Can I track my orders?
All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive a order confirmation via email with your tracking number.
